5) Production Space Listings
Space owners are responsible for the accuracy of all listing information they publish.
Listings should include truthful and complete information regarding:

- Pricing
- Availability
- Images and videos
- Production suitability
ReelSpaces reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
6) Booking Inquiries
ReelSpaces provides a platform that allows creators and hosts to connect through direct inquiries.
While we facilitate communication, ReelSpaces is not a party to agreements made between creators and space owners regarding bookings, payments, scheduling, or production activities.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
7) User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Disrupt or interfere with website functionality.
- Use automated systems to scrape or copy platform content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
8) Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, design elements, software, and other materials, is the property of ReelSpaces or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including production space listings, images, and descriptions. By publishing content on ReelSpaces, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content on the platform.
9) Payments and Refunds

- Membership fees are non-refundable.

10) Limitation of Liability
